To help ensure a smooth and successful notarization, please have the following ready before your appointment:

Required Items

✔ A valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport, etc.)

✔ The document(s) that need to be notarized

✔ All pages of the document, even if only one page requires notarization

Important Reminders

✔ Do not sign the document before the appointment unless instructed that it is acceptable for your specific notarization.

✔ All signers must be present at the time of notarization.

✔ Signers must be willing and able to understand what they are signing.

✔ Ensure document blanks are completed or lined through before the notarization.

✔ Have any required witnesses available if your document requires them. Please ask in advance if you are unsure whether witnesses are needed.

For Mobile Appointments

✔ Have a clean, well-lit area available for reviewing and signing documents.

✔ Be available at the scheduled appointment time.

✔ Notify us in advance if the signing will take place at a hospital, assisted living facility, detention facility, or other special location.

Payment is due at the time of service. 

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, Paypal Business, and other approved payment options. 

Additional travel fees may apply outside the standard service area. All fees will be disclosed before your appointment is confirmed.
